engaged the services of AirRidge Ltd.
AirRidge specialises in the maintenance of Industrial Parks and buildings ensuring that all
legal requirments are met and with a 24/7 helpdesk. An annual maintenance charge applies to
all occupiers of the business park. Charges are applied according to the unit layout/size,
and individual details are agreed with each occupier.
